Early bird registration is open from 02/02/2026 to 16/04/2026, but is possible at the normal rate until 18/05/2026.

16Registration fees include access to conferences, coffee breaks, lunch on July 2nd and 3rd, the welcome reception on the evening of July 1st, and the gala dinner on the evening of July 2nd.

Rates:

Early Bird (until 31/04/2026 included):

  • Standard Rate: €250 excl. VAT (€275 incl. VAT)
  • Reduced Rate (PhD students – post-docs): €200 excl. VAT (€220 incl. VAT)

Standard Rates (from 17/04/2026 until 18/05/2026 included):

  • Standard Rate: €300 excl. VAT (€330 incl. VAT)
  • Reduced Rate (PhD students – post-docs): €250 excl. VAT (€275 incl. VAT)

For people paying their registration by purchase order, please disregard the invoice generated directly by the registration website. An invoice will be sent directly to your institution upon receipt of the purchase order. Address a purchase order in the name of INRAE Siret 180 0700390 102

Any cancellation after May 29 will not be refunded.
